Hygienic Process Pipework

           HIPS Pipe Fabrications Ltd, has many years of experience in the fabrication and installation of stainless steel hygienic process pipework. We have developed our own WPQRs (weld procedures) to assist our workforce to keep our installations to the standards we require. We have recently purchased state of the art orbital welding machines. These machines continously produce perfect welds and removes the human error element. All welds are produced using TIG welding procedures with an argon gas purge. The welds are Autogenous, which means they are fused together without the use of filler wire. This produces a flat weld bead, which eliminates areas for bacteria to grow.
