Introduction

HIPS Pipe Fabrications was established in March 2005. Our concept is to provide a service for the installation of hygeinic stainless steel pipework and secondary steel work. In 2006  due to our market place expanding, HIPS moved into a modern 3500 square foot factory based in Washington Tyne and Wear. The facility is perfectly situated 1.5 miles from the A1 and 2.5 miles from the A19.  These facilities allow easy transportation across the UK. The new facility has allowed us to provide pre-assembled pipework spools and steel work to our clients. The manufacture of the pipework within our facility allow us to have full controll of quality and alleviate the available working environment on specific sites . Our company is continuosly striving to incorporate the latest equipment and techniques to improve on our abilities. These included fully orbital welded pipe systems, NDT Borroscoping, Degrease and passivation of the completed system, and full IQ (Installation Quality) documentation with 100% traceability.
