HIPS has recently completed a third purified water installation for MSD In Cramlington. The installation consists of a 250 metre X 65mm OD stainless steel ring main. Passivation of the system was undertaken by HIPS using Citric acid. Full IQ documentation was supplied upon completion.
in December 2010 we began work in our workshop for a new Bio Diesel pilot plant at BP Hull. The plant was fully orbital welded with full traceability documentation. The work was awarded to HIPS by Cordell Group.
In February 2011, our company completed the manufacture of a large chiller unit for Dairy Crest at our fabrication facility. The contract was awarded via GEA.
In March 2011, HIPS began work at James Cook Hospital in Middlesbrough, for the manufacture and installation of a 350 mm diameter quench pipe for an MRI scanner. The contract was awarded by Quartz Electrical and Mechanical
HIPs are currently in the process of installing three new stainless steel gas pipe line at Cumbrian Sea Foods
July saw a contract from Tetra Pak for the manufacture and installation of two off stainless steel platforms for Arla Stournton Dairy in Leeds
